CELCO provides Electropolishing to numerous customers that require Electropolishing for the finish of Stainless Filter Housings. If your specification requires that a certain Micro-Finish (RA, Resistance in Micro-Inches) be met, we have the proper testing equipment to insure that the product meets or exceeds your demands. We can Electropolish to most any Specification.

CELCO offers Nitric Acid Passivation as well as Citric Acid Passivation. Nitric Passivation is the most common, however, many specifications for Passivation in Industry require Citric Passivation. To further enhance your product you may choose Pickle/Passivation. Pickle/Passivation will remove heat treat discoloring, scale and weld burn. CELCO has the ability to provide Passivation Services to most any Specification upon review of the spec. CELCO has Mobile Services to offer our customers when the equipment is too large to transport easily or is already in place. CELCO tests and certifies all Passivation whether the service is performed in our shop or on your site.

CELCO also offers Precision Cleaning (also known as Critical Cleaning and Cleaning for Oxygen Service). We do these services in house as well as onsite. Our knowledge and experience allow us to certify to most any specification upon review.
