Most small items can be finished for pennies each in large lots. Which leaves you plenty of room to make a great profit! We also accept small lots as well. The benefits of Electropolishing are numerous. Most of our customers use Electropolishing as a tool to get a clean, bright, super passivated finish that is chemically de-burred. Electropolishing increases the life of the spring by relieving the internal stresses, due to heat treatment and forming.

Central Electropolishing Co., Inc. has other services to offer for your stainless steel springs and stampings, which include Passivation (Nitric or Citric) most common specification used for Passivation is ASTM-A380 and ASTM-A967, and Precision Cleaning (also known as Critical Cleaning and Cleaning for Oxygen Service). We do these services for large lots as well as small lots. We can certify to most any specification. Currently our most common specs are CGA G-4.1, BAC-5402 & BAC 5408, PRAXAIR G.37 & 38 and many MIL-STD’s.
